10:00am Pit Gates open to SEST Drivers ONLY – Sign in and registration upon arrival
( You must complete all paperwork before you can practice )
10:30am Tire Truck Opens
10:30am Pit Gates open to SESS Drivers ONLY – Sign in and registration upon arrival
( You must complete all paperwork before you can practice )
11:00am Pit Gates open to all other competing divisions
( You must complete all paperwork before you can practice )
12:00-12:30pm 1st SEST Practice
12:30pm-1:10pm 1st practice for all other competing divisions
12:30-12:50 Super Stock 1:05-1:10 Carolina Vintage 12:50-1:00 Mini Cup
1:10-1:30pm Driver’s Meeting (Driver and one Crew Member ONLY) at SEST trailer
All divisions are required to have Driver & One Crew Member ONLY at SEST trailer
1:30-1:45pm Chapel Service with Chip at SEST trailer
1:45-2:05pm 2nd SEST Practice
2:10pm SEST Safety & Tech Inspection
1st in line, last to qualify
Bring jack, race tires will be put on during tech & trucks impounded until qualifying
2:05-2:40pm Last practice for all other competing divisions 2:05-2:20 Super Stock 2:30-2:40 Carolina Vintage 2:20-2:30 Mini Cup
2:30pm All supporting divisions in order of last practice – Safety & Tech Inspection
Cars will be impounded until qualifying
Super Stock – bring jack, race tires will be put on & cars impounded until qualifying

3:00pm Grandstands open
3:15pm Qualifying begins with SEST Trucks getting 5 scuff laps
You will be allowed to tape, set sway bar and set air pressure ONLY before qualifying
SEST Trucks – 2 Laps
Super Stock – 2 Laps
Winston Mini’s – Starting Positions will be drawn
Carolina Vintage – Starting Positions will be drawn
4:00pm All divisions to line up on front stretch for Autograph Session
4:15-4:45pm Autograph Session
4:55pm Prayer and National Anthem
5:00pm Ladies and Gentlemen start your Engines
Race Order Carolina Vintage 25 Laps or 25 minutes Super Stock – 50 Laps or 50 minutes 20 minute Intermission Winston Mini’s – 20 Laps or 20 minutes Southeast Super Trucks – 75 Laps or 75 laps
